Our Intellectual property rights
Shriver Education for the Arts owns or is licensed to use all intellectual property rights in and to this website and all technical infrastructure (the software) relating to it. If you breach any of these terms your permission to use this website and any materials or content included in it, automatically terminates and you must immediately destroy any downloads or printed extracts from this website.
Access to and use of this website
In accessing any part of this website, you agree:

Users of Photos and Video
If you are granted permission to log-in and access the website to download photos and videos and text (the Material), you may do so only for the purpose of advertising and promoting the mission of Shriver Education for the Arts; to provide differently-abled artists the opportunity to practice and demonstrate their skills through art classes and proper art exhibitions. Additional community awareness projects may be initiated and exhibited (the Purpose).
Material contained in this website may accordingly be downloaded, viewed and printed for use in the media, including print, broadcast and electronic media provided that Shriver Education for the Arts is attributed as the source and no trade mark, copyright or other proprietary notices contained in or appearing on such material are removed in whole or in part.
Material must not be reproduced or exploited for commercial gain but only in pursuance of the Purpose. All other rights are reserved and users must seek Shriver Education for the Arts’ permission before making any other use of material contained in this website.
You shall be responsible for obtaining all authorizations, consents and releases and pay all compensation required by applicable collective bargaining or individual contracts or otherwise required by law.
Your use of the Materials shall not be derogatory to or critical of IShriver Education for the Arts, Shriver Education for the Arts employees or any officer, director, agent, employee, or affiliate of Inclusion Revolution. You shall indemnify and hold harmless Shriver Education for the Arts, its officers, directors and employees from all loss, cost, damage, liability and expense, and reasonable attorneys’ fees that Shriver Education for the Arts may incur by reason of your use of the Material in any manner not authorized by these Terms of Use.
You shall have no rights to the intellectual property or the software, or any enhancements or modifications thereto, provided to you in order to access the website materials. You may not sublicense, assign or transfer any licenses granted by Inclusion Revolution, and any attempt at such sublicense, assignment or transfer shall be null and void.
Users who are posting and submitting material
Shriver Education for the Arts may at its discretion allow users to upload or post content to individual user pages or to certain areas of the general website (each a Submission). Shriver Education for the Arts may in its sole discretion decide whether or not to use a Submission. Shriver Education for the Arts is hereby licensed to edit, change and remove all content posted to the website. You represent, warrant and agree that you will not provide any Submission which is subject to the rights of another person without first obtaining their express authorization and that you are responsible if your Submission injures another person.
You acknowledge and agree that (a) any Submission made by you is not confidential or proprietary information; (b) that Shriver Education for the Arts is under no obligation to treat your Submissions as confidential or proprietary information; and (c) that Shriver Education for the Arts may use Submissions for any commercial or other purpose, without compensation or any liability to you. By posting Submissions, you automatically grant to Shriver Education for the Arts, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, fully paid, global license to use, copy, publicly perform, publicly display, reformat, translate, excerpt (in whole or in part), distribute, create derivative works of and sublicense your Submissions for any and all purposes. You understand that your Submissions may be used and republished.

This website has been prepared with the aim of providing information about Inclusion Revolution, our mission and purpose, our programs, and our employees.
